Why the BMC

The BMC is more then an approach to entrepreneurship. By following the business model principles of validation and lean startup, companies can begin knowing that they will be successful or unsuccessful before occurring heavy cost or wasting valuable time. Following these principles will also lead an entrepreneur to become an expert in their targeted field illuminating problems and solutions that before where unknowable.

Curriculum Quick Start

When creating a curriculum it is recommend to use the supported BMC Text to guide students in their understanding of business model.  These books provide exceptional instruction on the principles and execution of business model practices.

Preparing Students

For students to be successful in the BMC they will need to put in the work of validating their business model. As a faculty member you may assist them by pointing them to the resources and books mentioned on this website. Past workshops are also available here.
